Thank you for visiting www.mominis.com, a Mo'Minis Ltd. website, and any Mo'Minis related websites (the "Sites") and/or using Mo'Minis Game Development and Customization tools (the "Tools") (collectively, the "Services"). Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used at this Site (the "Policy").

Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this document shall have the meanings set forth in the Mominis.com Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use").

During the registration process to the Services, Users are required to submit information such as full name, password, username, country, email address, age group, and gender. The username and password are used to ensure that only you have access to any of the personal information you have provided.  You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any password you use to register, ensuring that you log out from your account when you finish using the Service, and applying caution whenever disclosing information on line.

The Sites and the Tools also log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, Tools version and browser type. We use information about your activity on the Site and Tools to manage the Sites, track usage and improve Mo'Minis products and services. We may share with our partners aggregated and non-personally identifiable information regarding the way our users use our products and services. 

Mo'Minis uses Simple Machines LLC's SMF 1.1.7 tool for the management of its online forums. Once you register with Mo'Minis an account will be created on the Forums based on your selected username, which will include certain user profile information including your username, age group, gender, country and the way you classify your skills (e.g. creative, logic), as well as any information that you choose to add to your profile. Your profile is displayed to other Users and viewable once you have registered with the Site. As part of the Sites and Tools, you may have the ability to submit data, text, pictures, video, messages, programs, files or other content to be shared with other users of the Sites or Tools. Any personal or other information submitted to areas of the Sites or Tools that enable users to post, submit, display, share or exchange content with other Users is deemed as publicly available. This information is not subject to the terms of this Policy, and can be accessed by the public. The use of any such User submitted information is subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use.

Mo'Minis does not wish to receive any confidential or proprietary information and material from users through the Mo'Minis Sites, Tools, email or in any other way. Any information or material submitted or sent to Mo'Minis, will be deemed non-confidential, and Mo'Minis shall be entitled to use such information, including programs and bug reports as it deems fit.

Except as otherwise described in this Policy, Mo'Minis will not disclose personal information to any third party unless Mo'Minis believes that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by Mo'Minis, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the  EULA Agreement, the  Terms of Use or to protect Mo'Minis's rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and Users of the Service. Mo'Minis reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Mo'Minis or any of its assets. Mo'Minis uses cookies to store Users' preferences and to record session information, for the purpose of customizing Web page content based on browser type and user profile information, and advertising. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while using the Services. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set -- each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences -- however, you must enable cookies from Mo'Minis in order to use most functions on the Sites. Please note that Mo'Minis allows third party advertisers that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. This Policy covers the use of cookies by Mo'Minis and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers/ Advertisers' use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies. Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information to Chat Rooms, Journals and Blogs, Message Boards, or any other Public Forums that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications. We strongly recommend that you do not share information that others could use to harm you such as private or sensitive information, such physical address, bank account information, phone numbers, etc.

The Sites contains links to third party websites. Mo'Minis is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Policy only governs information collected on the Sites.

You may modify or remove any of your personal information at any time by logging into your account and accessing you account profile management.

During the registration with the Mo'Minis Site or Tools you are requested to provide a valid email address in order to enable the Mo'Minis team to provide you with email support and in order to allow Mo'Minis to contact you, from time to time, with news and updates about services, products and offers (such as: a newsletter, new releases, new features, special offers).

Users who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications, other than emails directly related to the Sites or Tools support, functionality or operation, may choose to do so by sending an email to: unsubscribe@mominis.com. All notification emails and other communications include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.

Ads, marketing offers and other promotional information appearing on the Sites or the Tools may be delivered to users by Mo'Minis or one of its Web advertising partners. Mo'Minis makes no warranty, either express or implied, as to these other products, services, or other advertised items and the use thereof.

The Sites, services and Tools are hosted and processed in the United States and in Israel. You therefore understand and consent that your information may be transferred outside of the country in which you reside, and that the laws governing data collection and use in the United States and Israel may differ from the laws of the country in which you reside. By providing your personal data you consent to such transfer.

From time to time we may make changes to this Policy. If we make changes that are materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of personal information you have provided to us, we will notify our registered users of what the changes are. A user is bound by any changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after receiving notification of those changes.
