Mo'Minis, owns all intellectual property and other rights to the
attached content and graphics (the "Materials"). The Materials may be
used (including by way of copy, further development, reproduction,
republishing, downloading, posting, broadcasting, transmitting and
otherwise) solely for the purpose of developing mobile games using the
Mo'Minis platform and for no other purpose. You are permitted to
adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Materials solely for
the purpose of developing mobile games using the Mo'Minis platform
(the "Derivative Work"). You acknowledge that all rights in any
derivative work in the attached content and graphics shall be owned by
Mo'Minis, and you hereby assign to Mo'Minis all rights you may have in
any Derivative Work created by you. Any other use of Materials
requires the prior written permission of Mo'Minis.
The Materials are provided "AS IS", without any representations or any
kind of warranty. Mo'Minis will not be liable for any damages arising
from or in connection with the use, including downloading, further
development and alteration, of the Mo'Minis Materials. These rights
are non-transferable and may be terminated at any time.
