Mo'Minis

Mo'Minis intends to hold a series of mobile game creation contests through our website, to stimulate creators to design & develop original games for mobile handsets.

Individual contests, including the challenges, specific prize policies and other terms of each contest, will be announced through the Mo'Minis website or otherwise as Mo'Minis shall determine from time to time.

The terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) shall apply to the contests, as well as all content submitted to the Mo’minis web site, whether for the contest or otherwise, and shall continue to apply to all content regardless of acceptance or rejection in a given contest.

In addition, games developed for contests must comply with the following rules:

• The game must be created using the Mo'Minis Studio.
• The game must comply with the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the Mo'Minis Studio presented during the Studio installation process.
• The game should be your own original work and you should own the rights to all resources, graphics, animation and sounds used in the game. You may not use materials that infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Absolutely no pornography, defamatory or obscene material may be submitted.
• You may submit a game you created in the past but only if it has not already been published.
• The game must be submitted by an individual participant. Groups shall nominate a group representative for the game submission process. If the game wins, only the representative will be awarded with the prize. Mo'Minis has no control or liability whatsoever as to dividing of the prize among the group members.
• A participant is allowed to submit as many games as he would like but only one prize may be awarded to an individual participant.

Mo'Minis reserves the right to reject any entries which we feel at our sole discretion are inappropriate or violating the rules.

You may submit games for contests by using the Publish option in the Mo'Minis studio platform. Learn more about it here.

Mo'Minis is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or corrupted entries.

Amendments to contest games are acceptable only until the deadline relevant to each contest. Games updated after the deadline will be disqualified.

To update a game file, upload the new version using the Studio's Publish feature using the same game name. The studio will then ask you for approval to update your existing game.

For each contest Mo'Minis will appoint one or more judges, to be decided solely by Mo'Minis. Judges will determine whether a submitted game does or does not comply with the contest criteria as well as winners for each of the contests. The final decision is at the sole discretion of Mo'Minis and is not open to appeal under any circumstances.

Games will be judged primarily on the basis of creativity, playability, and their overall quality, including but not limited: graphics, animation and sound, and the degree in which the game is focused on the challenges posed in the respective contest.

Winners will be announced on our our website, and possibly through other appropriate channels.

Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third places. We will announce the specific prizes for each contest when they commence. Once the winners have been determined they will be contacted by email to provide additional information to enable us to award the prize. Prize winners are responsible for all tax declarations and payments, as well as any other requirement under the law of the country of their residence.

• The contests are open for participents from all over the world.
• The contests are void where prohibited by law.
• Prizes won by eligible minors may be awarded in the name of the parent or guardian, who may be required, at Mo’Minis’ discretion, to complete and return a Certification of Eligibility on minor's behalf.
• Mo’Minis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest, submissions, and/or these terms and conditions at our discretion.
