GameCast #2 [Series] contest stages


Phase I

  1. Contest Announced (Nov 5)
    Starting-off.


  2. Submissions Begin (Jan 12)
    Send us your works-in-progress, your rough cuts. We'll give you feedback and pointers on your way towards the finished products.


  3. Submissions End, Voting Begins (Feb 3)
    Deadline for submitting your game series. It's up to the voters now.


  4. Voting Ends, Finalists Announced (Feb 7)
    Ten Finalists are announced. Congratulations!



Phase II

  1. Touch Up Time (Feb 8)
    Finalists receive additional time and $100 USD to polish their series and re-submit.


  2. Submissions Begin (Feb 15)
    Games continue to be submitted, viewing and voting is on.


  3. Submissions End, This Time For Real (Feb 22)
    Finished products are put on display and judged by an industry elite panel.


  4. Winners Announced (On or around Feb 25)
    Contest concludes, winners get prize money and eternal glory, and start working on their new game :)
