Itzik Frid
Itzik Frid, CEO
Itzik joined MoMinis in January 2010 as its CEO.
Prior to joining the company, Itzik served 4 years as the VP Business Affairs of InfoGin, the world’s leading provider of content adaptation and browsing solutions for carriers and content providers, with over 45 tier 1 customers worldwide, including Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, AOL and Microsoft, where he managed the Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales and Legal teams.
Prior to joining InfoGin, Itzik was a Partner and Managing Director at Argoquest Holdings LLC. He joined Argoquest’s management team in early 2004, after serving a period of over four years as Vice President of Business Affairs at America Online, managing many of AOL’s international deals and the world-wide business affairs of ICQ. Prior to working at AOL, Itzik served as the professional Senior Advisor to Israel’s Minister of Finance, and was a member of the Ministry’s executive management team. Itzik has also practiced law, specializing in commercial law with Israel’s leading law firm, Herzog, Fox & Neeman. He graduated with Dean’s Honors from the Faculty of Law at the Tel-Aviv University. He also holds a degree in Field Electronic Engineering and Physics, from the Tel-Aviv University.
Amir Dinur
Amir Dinur – VP Sales
Amir joined MoMinis in 2011 as VP Sales, bringing with him over 10 years of experience from the telecommunications and mobile industry.
Prior to joining MoMinis, Amir held senior management and VP positions at companies such as Traffix Systems and InfoGin. In each role, he played an integral part in advancing the company’s business development and establishing key partnership with major global telecom companies and many other leading players in the mobile industry. Amir holds a Bachelors of Science degree in software engineering.
Tzach Hadar
Tzach Hadar – Co-Founder, CTO
Tzach is a hi-tech entrepreneur with years of experience in the fields of telecommunications, mobile technologies and information security.
During this time, Tzach acquired an in-depth understanding of diverse technologies including: Enterprise system architecture design, various NET technologies, and the bits & bolts of internet protocols.
Prior to founding MoMinis, Tzach served in an elite intelligence unit of IDF where he led a team of 10 software engineers specializing in the delivery of complex technological solutions. Tzach brings strong team management skills, the ability to analyze and dissect complex technological concepts, and vast experience in the process of developing end-to-end solutions.

Eyal Rabinovich
Eyal Rabinovich – Co-Founder, VP Marketing
Eyal Rabinovich, an entrepreneur, software engineer and user-experience evangelist. Eyal particularly specializes in developing and delivering products and ideas.
He has proven experience in developing consumer facing products while understanding and adapting to customer needs. In the past years Eyal has been commercially involved in a variety of different industries, and has strong experience in leading development from inception to a complete product. Eyal was previously employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Hegde-Tech Financial Engineering, Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd. and as an officer at an elite unit of the IDF’s Navy.

Zvi Rabinovich
Zvi Rabinovich – Co-Founder, VP Research & Development
Zvi is a hi-tech entrepreneur with broad experience in wide variety of technological fields and extensive understanding of the mobile application and games market.
Zvi brings in-depth knowledge of the cellular world current technologies (GSM, WAP etc) as well as a wide perspective of mobile operating systems and development platforms.
Prior to founding MoMinis, Zvi served as an officer and R&D leader at the IDF special intelligence unit, where he specialized in leading the planning and implementation of various software projects.
